CONDITION SURVEY

During change of owners, time charter etc. a condition survey and/or bunker survey will be required to establish the condition of the vessel prior to change.

I.S.M. Cargo survey conducts condition surveys. This is in order to state the condition of cargo holds, hatches, loading gear etc. Our report will enable the owner/operator to claim against the charterer for any damages or deficiencies caused to the vessel during the time charter period. This is typically prior to and after a time charter period. A condition survey is often conducted in combination with a bunker survey.
